Experience the awe-inspiring natural wonder of Iguazú Falls, one of South America’s most breathtaking destinations, straddling the border between Argentina and Brazil. Your journey begins in Buenos Aires before continuing to the vibrant town of Puerto Iguazú, where you’ll explore both sides of the falls. Stroll along lush rainforest trails, encounter wildlife in their natural habitat, and embark on an exhilarating boat ride to feel the raw power of the waterfalls up close. Your adventure concludes with the rhythm of tango and the flavors of the county’s renowned cuisine. Welcome to Argentina!
Upon arrival we will meet our guide and get transferred to our hotel. A Buenos Aires city tour will introduce us to its vibrant culture, rich history, and architectural beauty. We’ll start by admiring iconic landmarks like the grand Teatro Colón and Plaza Lavalle, passing the National Cervantes Theater and the Legislative Palace. Then, we’ll cross the bustling 9 de Julio Avenue, home to Plaza de la República and the city’s most famous symbol: the Obelisk.
Next, we’ll visit Plaza de Mayo, the political and historical heart of Buenos Aires, where the Casa Rosada stands as a witness to Argentina’s past. Strolling along Avenida de Mayo, we’ll take in its striking European-style buildings, a testament to the city’s architectural heritage. Our journey continues through San Telmo, a neighborhood filled with colonial charm, before heading to La Boca, famous for its colorful houses and immigrant history. Finally, we’ll explore Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires’ exclusive and modern waterfront district.
Day 2
Iguazu Falls Brazil Side
Breakfast
After breakfast, our driver will take us to the airport for our flight to Iguazu, home to the world-famous waterfalls. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel (Check-in after 3:00 pm), and we prepare for our first exploration of the region: the Brazilian side of Iguazu Falls.
From numerous scenic viewpoints, we’ll admire the full majesty of the 275 cascades from different angles, experiencing the immense power and beauty of the falls where breathtaking panoramic views unfold before us. Leisure time in the evening awaits where we’ll have time to unwind or take advantage of the local amenities.
Day 3
Iguazu National Park
Breakfast
Recognized as one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, Iguazu Falls is a breathtaking spectacle of 275 cascades—most of them on the Argentine side—plunging from heights of up to 80 meters. The combination of the jungle’s serene beauty and the thunderous roar of the falls creates an awe-inspiring experience.
Following a transfer, our adventure begins at Iguazú National Park, where we will board a 4×4 vehicle for an exciting ride through the Misiones jungle along the Yacaratiá and Puerto Macuco trails. After covering 5 kilometers, we descend 100 meters to embark on a semi-rigid raft for a thrilling 6-kilometer journey along the Iguazú River. The highlight of our excursion is the stunning Devil’s Throat or Garganta del Diablo, where we’ll get an up-close and unforgettable view of this majestic natural monument. We will also take in the breathtaking sights of the San Martín and Tres Mosqueteros waterfalls before experiencing the famous “mist baptism,” a refreshing (and soaking!) encounter with the cascading waters. After a day filled with adventure and natural wonders, we return to our hotel.
Day 4
Tango in Buenos Aires
Breakfast, Dinner
Our driver will take us to the airport for our flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel and settle in.
Later in the day, we are treated to a time traveling experience into the soul of Buenos Aires through the magic of music. A spectacular tango show awaits, where the melodies of a live quartet—featuring piano, double bass, bandoneón, and violin—set the stage for an unforgettable performance. The elegance and passion of world-class dancers fill the venue with the energy, history, and traditions of tango. After an evening of mesmerizing dance, music, and exquisite cuisine, we return to our hotel, marking a perfect end to our Argentina adventure.
Day 5
Farewell Buenos Aires
Breakfast
As our journey comes to an end, our driver will transfer us to the airport for our international flight. We leave with unforgettable memories of Argentina’s stunning landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality.
